Open account

  • How do I open a trading account with Ainvesting?

    Go to Register, complete the form and you will be logged in to your trading account. A randomly generated password will appear in the pop-up message. You must change the predefined password to a password of your choosing. Once you complete the registration process, please check your mailbox for a message containing both your username and password.

  • How much must I pay in order to open an Ainvesting account?

    It is free. Ainvesting does not charge any registration fee.

  • Can I open multiple trading accounts?

    Multiple accounts are not allowed. You can open only one trading account.

  • How can I earn money here?

    You need to invest based on facts and knowledge. Trading in FX and CFDs involves risks of loss, especially due to the leveraged nature of the trading.   • How do I start trading?

    You can start trading after you have opened your trading account with Ainvesting, and confirmed your identity by sending the relevant documents. The documents are required in order to verify your account.

  • Can I start trading even if I have no experience?

    Yes. Our Education Centeroffers tutorial videos, e-books and other resources suitable for both beginners and professional traders.

  • I do not wish to disclose my personal information and fill in the registration form. Can I still trade with Ainvesting?

    Ainvesting is a regulated broker and is subject to a number of laws, compliance requirements and customer acceptance procedures. Ainvesting is required to have KYC (Know Your Client) information in its database.However, we take all necessary measures to guarantee the protection and confidentiality, security and integrity of identification data of our clients.

  • What input characters are acceptable in the registration form?

    Only letters and numbers are valid characters for input in the registration form. Please do not use any symbols while filling in the form.

  • Do you offer a negative balance protection?

    Ainvesting offers its clients a negative balance protection, which means that the balance of our traders will never become negative. This program will prevent a trader to become in debt. Unfortunately, not every broker is able to offer a negative balance protection. Sometimes for traders with little experience in the market, the absence of a margin call can lead to the loss of the entire investment and even go into debt. The market can tolerate only a reasonable risk and money management in combination with a correctly applied trading strategy. Entering into debt is never acceptable for traders, without any regards to how much experience the trader has.

  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    Please click "Forgot Password" underneath the log in box and your password will be sent to your email address.

  • How do I change my password?

    In order to change your password, please log in to your Ainvesting account, then click Account Options > Change password.

  • Is my account manager allowed to trade with my account instead of me? <

    There are no account management services in Ainvesting. The only person responsible for trading decisions, trading orders and allocation of funds on the trading account is the trader himself.

  • How can I download the platform?

    Our completely web-based user-friendly platform does not require you to download it.

  • Do you have MT4?

    Unfortunately, at present, we do not offer the MT4 platform.

  • How do I open a demo account?

    A demo account is activated as soon as you open a trading account. *Subject to a minimum sum deposit

  • From within the trader screen, how do I toggle between real and demo accounts?

    Within the My Account section, switch between real and demo modes by toggling the "Switch" button.

  • What's the difference between the real trading and demo accounts?

    Simulations can never replicate the real trading conditions. The demo account has the same features as a real money account, and provides an excellent opportunity to test the features of our trading platform without the risk of losing your real deposit.

  • How can I fund my demo account?

    Your demo account will be funded automatically 7 days after registration.

  • How long can I use a demo account?

    Ainvesting demo accounts do not expire.

Bonuses

  • What types of bonuses does Ainvesting offer?

    Ainvesting offers two types of bonuses:credit and cash.

  • What is the difference between credit/pending and cash bonus?

    Cash bonus is added to your account's equity once the bonus terms are met. The bonus sum can be used for trading, however, withdrawal of the bonus sum is dependent on completion of the required Apoints release sum through trading volume. Credit bonus is assigned to the account, but the sum will be added to the equity only upon reaching the full "release" Apoints sum through trading volume. Once Credit bonus is "released", it turns into cash money that can be used for trading or withdrawal.

  • Where can I read more about your bonus promotions?

  • I didn't receive my phone verification bonus, what should I do?

    In the case of technical difficulties or any other problems, please contact our Customer Support Center via live chat, email or phone. They will solve the problem.

  • What are Apoints?

    Your weighted trading volume activity expressed in points. For example: If you open a position on EUR/USD worth $100,000, you will receive 100 Apoints upon closing, since each $1,000 trading amount is worth 1 Apoint.

  • I fulfilled a required amount of trading for Apoints. Why was my bonus not credited?

    You have already received the cash bonus, and it was credited prior to completing the required amount of Apoints

  • I didn't receive an account verification bonus even though my account is fully verified.

    You have verified your account before depositing funds into the account. You will receive the bonus on your deposit as soon as you fund the account.

  • Why are you asking for my documents?

    Ainvesting is a regulated broker and operates in accordance with several strict and important Anti-Money laundering and Identity Theft Laws. Our regulatory authority also imposes on us a number of compliance procedures that we must respect. That's why we ask for your identity documents to confirm your account.

  • How do I verify my account?

    You can upload your documents through your account: Account Options > Account verification or send them by email to [email protected]

  • What supporting documents do I need to provide?

    Ainvesting uses KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Following these procedures, we require from our clients a color copy of the current and valid identity document and the actual proof of a residence address. Receipts of electricity, gas, water, phone, internet and/or cable TV are acceptable. Bank account statements are also accepted. These documents should contain your name, address and must be not older than 3 months.

  • Can I open an account by providing a different identification document instead of my passport?

    Yes, you will be able to open an account. A valid ID card is also acceptable.

  • Will I receive an email or notification confirming my account's status?

    You will receive an automated email confirming your account status as soon as it is fully verified.

  • How can I update my personal information?

    If you wish to update your email address, phone number or your residential address, please send your request to [email protected]along with any requisite supporting documentation.

Deposits

  • What is the minimum amount to deposit?

    The minimum deposit amount is 100 USD. Ainvesting, however, might occasionally give a special promotion for lower deposit levels.

  • Is it possible to lose more than I deposited?

    No, you cannot lose more than your initial deposit.

  • What deposit options does Ainvesting offer?

  • Do you impose any deposit fees?

    Ainvesting does not charge any fees for deposits.

  • My credit/debit card deposit was declined.

    We would highly recommend that you check with your bank whether there is a block on international or online transactions. Or maybe the deposit sum is greater than your credit/debit card daily limit.

  • Can I deposit from a friend/relative's account?

    No. We do not accept any payments made from the account of third parties. All deposits must be made from your own account.

Trading Info

  • What are the trading hours of your platform?

    The market trading hours are from Sunday 21:00 GMT till Friday 21:00 GMT during the Day Light saving times and during winter time trading hours are from Sunday 22:00 GMT till Friday 22:00 GMT for most of the instruments. Cryptocurrencies are available for trading 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, some of instruments are available only during specific hours.   • Is the platform open during the weekends?

    Our platform is open for trading during the weekends only for cryptocurrencies. All other financial assets markets are closed for trading during the weekend on our platform.

  • How can I start trading?

  • What are the requirements to start trading?

    There are no special requirements to start trading. You will need to connect the PC to reliable high-speed Internet source, or a mobile device that supports iOS, Android or Windows operating system. You will have to deposit funds into your trading account. We also recommend going through our education center before you start trading.

  • What is leverage and what ratio do you offer?

    Leverage allows a large trading position to be initiated with a small margin deposit. As soon as ESMA measures become effective this won’t be true. For example 30:1, meaning that currency trades worth $30,000 can be made with a margin deposit of $1,000. Leverage allows the use of credit to trade amounts larger than your deposit. Remember, the higher the leverage the higher the risk of losing your deposited capital. Leverage can work both in your favor and against you.

  • What are the main disadvantages of trading on leverage?

    Leverage exposes a trader to outsized negative price movements. But it does expand the initial deposit of the trader to much larger amounts, which allows using much more effective trading strategies.

  • Can I change leverage?

    You cannot change the default leverage ratio.

  • What is a pip?

    A pip is the smallest measure of change in a currency pair price in the forex market. A pip is a standardized unit and is the smallest amount at which a currency quote can change.

  • What is a spread?

    A spread is the difference between the bid and the ask price of a security or asset.

  • What do "long" and "short" positions mean?

    A long position is when the client is buying the asset, and a short position is when the client is selling the asset.

  • How do I calculate a value of 1 pip?

    Amount of Base Currency * 1 Pip = Value of one pip in Quote Currency Value of 1 pip in EUR/USD= 1 Lot (100 000 €)*0.0001= 10 USD Value of 1 pip in USD/CHF= 1 Lot (100 000$)*0.0001=10 CHF Value of 1 pip in EUR/JPY=1 Lot (100 000 €)*0.01= 1000 JPY

  • What is a slippage?

    Slippage refers to the difference between the expected price of a trade and the price at which the trade is actually executed. Slippage often occurs during periods of higher volatility, usually caused by important economic news. It results in your position being executed at a different rate than the one you specified, it takes the next available price.

  • How can I manage risk in volatile markets?<

    The best way to manage your risk during volatile markets is to ensure your account is sufficiently margined at all times. Several precautionary measures are recommended: &#10004; Monitor the status of your open positions. &#10004; Specify a stop-loss to limit downside risk. &#10004; Keep your account funded in excess of your required margin.

  • What is a limit order?

    A limit order is an instruction for your broker to execute a trade at a particular level that is more favorable than the current market price.

  • How I can see my trading history?

    Please log in to your trading account, then click Account Options > Funds Management > Monetary History or Activity Report

  • What is the difference between Stop Loss and Take Profit?

    Stop loss and take profit are both orders, which are placed in the market to close an open position. "Stop Loss" is to prevent further unwilling price movement and “Take Profit” is to gain from favorable price movement.

  • How do I set a stop loss or take profit?

    Access the Edit Position pop up dialog: Create a Take Profit position by selecting Close at profit and specifying a triggering Rate or Amount Create a Stop Loss position by selecting Close at loss and specifying a triggering Rate or Amount

  • If I am a subject to a margin call, will I be notified?

    If you have a premium client status at Ainvesting, we will inform you in case of a margin call. Your margin status is monitored in real time. This allows you to have an up-to-date current information about the current balance of your account. Margin calls can close your opened positions. In case the available margin deposit goes below the margin requirements for the selected financial instrument.

  • What is expiration date?

    There are instruments that are traded based on futures contracts. These instruments have defined expiry date that indicates when open deals or limit orders will be closed.

  • Where can I find the expiration date of specific instruments?

    For those instruments which have expiration dates, you can simply click the Details tab associated with the instrument.

  • What is a trend?

    A trend is the general direction of a market or of the price of an asset, and trends can vary in length from short to intermediate, to long term.

  • What are resistance and support levels?

    Support and resistance levels are attributes of technical analysis. Support and resistance refer to the movement of an asset’s price will tend to stop and reverse at predetermined price levels.

  • To keep your new positions open, the balance in your account must exceed the total maintenance margin Level. This level’s requirements are specific to each financial instrument. Ainvesting always displays the maintenance margin level for each individual instrument.

    Where can I find my cancelled deals/ Limits?

  • High/Low Indicator shows the Highest Bid and Lowest Ask which had been relevant for the market during the current trading day.

    How does the High/Low indicator works?

  • First, the markets should be open for those securities that trader wants to trade. Secondly, there should be a sufficient amount of equity available to open new positions.

    I cannot open trades, what prevents me from opening them?

Fees & Commissions

  • What is a spread?

    A spread is the difference between the bid and the ask price of a financial instrument. To see the Spread value for each product please refer to our CFDs list.

  • What is the premium fee?

    Keeping a position open after a specific hour (approximately 22:00GMT (21:00DST)), as shown in the Ainvesting trading platform display screen "Details", subjects you to an Ainvesting funding premium that is subtracted from your account. This premium covers the benefit/cost of the associated funding. Trade settlement occurs two business days (T+2) after the trading day (opening/closure of a position). The day of settlement is also called the value day. To see the Premium Sell and the Premium Buy Charges for each product please refer to our CFDs list.

  • What is the Inactivity fee?

    An Inactive Account Fee of $15 USD per month is assessed to Ainvesting accounts that are inactive. An account is considered inactive if there has been no trading activity for a period of 3 months.

  • Are there any deposit or cash withdrawal fees?

    There are no additional or hidden fees neither for deposits nor for withdrawals. Banks and/or intermediaries may charge additional fees, such as processing fees. Ainvesting does not takes responsibility for any additional fees charged by third parties.

Withdrawals

  • How can I request a withdrawal?
    Please perform the following steps:
    • Log into your Ainvesting account
    • Click "Withdraw" on the main Web Trader page
    • Please enter the amount and submit it by clicking the "Withdraw" button.
    • To complete your request, please print a withdrawal form, sign it manually and send it to [email protected] or by fax: +359 28155666
    • Once your request is complete, the information is forwarded to us for processing. You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.
  • How do I check the status of my withdrawal request?

    Click Account Options > Funds Management > Withdrawal requests and then you will see a new pop up window with full details of your withdrawals.

  • Can I cancel my withdrawal request?

    You can cancel your request at any time while its status is "Pending"

  • Why was my withdrawal rejected?
    Withdrawal requests may be rejected for one or more of the following reasons:
    • We did not receive a signed withdrawal form.
    • A withdrawal form is not manually signed, we received only a part of it or it states a date of withdrawal which was already rejected.
    • We were unable to transfer funds when the bank/e-wallet details provided or we did not receive correct details.
  • Why doesn't the system let me request a withdrawal?

    If you have opened positions, you will not be able to withdraw your entire Available Balance. A minimum amount is needed to maintain a Maintenance Margin. (Available Balance – Maintenance Margin) and margin > = 1% = Max Withdrawal Amount

  • What is the processing time of withdrawal?

    It can take about 5 business days to process the withdrawal request. During these days there may be events that may affect the processing speed and are beyond the control of the Ainvesting team. Banks / credit card companies / intermediary banks may delay processing due to some internal problems, and it may sometimes take up to three weeks to complete the withdrawal request.

  • What are the withdrawal options available for traders?

    The withdrawal of funds is processed in the same method as the deposit of the funds has been made. In case you have deposited your funds with a credit card, the amount of withdrawal will also be returned to the same credit card. In case the deposit is made by bank transfer, the withdrawal amount will be transferred back to your bank account.

  • If my withdrawal amount exceeds the amount I have deposited, how can I withdraw?

    Simply follow the withdrawal procedure and the funds will be returned based on the method that the deposit was made.

  • Where can I find a withdrawal form?

    Please log in to your account, click Account Options > Funds Management > Withdrawal requests > please click on Details next to pending withdrawal request.

  • Why was my withdrawal form not accepted?

    Please sign the form with a pen, as virtual signatures cannot be accepted. Please be sure to send us a full form, not just parts of it. We need the original form fully completed, showing our company logo. Make sure that the date on your withdrawal form is the same date as when you make the request.

  • What is the time frame needed to receive the funds?

    In case the refund was made by using a bank transfer or credit/debit card, it can take up to 10 days for this refund to be completed. If you use e-wallet, funds will be transferred at the same time that your withdrawal request has been approved.
